1. Services Provided

• Standard Plan (£999/mo): Includes unlimited requests across 8 core services (e.g., social graphics, ads, pitch decks, print collateral). One active request at a time.

• Premium Plan (£1,999/mo): Includes unlimited requests across all 12 services (core services plus motion graphics, web design, mobile design, and type). Two active requests at a time.

We reserve the right to update or refine the list of services offered at any time.

2. Delivery Times

• Standard Plan: We aim to deliver requests within 48 hours.

• Premium Plan: We aim to deliver requests within 24 hours or less.

Please note:

• All delivery times are estimates only and not guarantees.

• Delivery time begins after you approve the initial design concepts, not from the moment you submit your request.

• Initial concepts are typically provided within a few hours of your request but may take up to 24 hours.

• Complex projects or a high volume of revisions may extend turnaround times.

We will always do our best to meet these timeframes, but as Unlimited is currently operated by a single designer, delays may occasionally occur.

3. Revisions

• Revisions are unlimited until you are satisfied with the design.

• Revisions must be requested within 7 days of delivery of the design. Requests made after this period may be considered new design requests and added to your queue.

4. Client Responsibilities

• You must provide clear, accurate information and any required assets (logos, brand guidelines, copy, images, etc.) when submitting requests.

• Delays in providing necessary information or approvals may extend turnaround times.

• You are responsible for reviewing deliverables and providing feedback in a timely manner.

5. Communication

• Requests and communication are currently handled via email.

• Premium clients may receive priority handling in communication and response times.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

• All subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.

• Payments are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started.

• You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time. Access to services will end once the current billing cycle is complete.

7. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, you own the rights to all final design deliverables.

• Unlimited retains the right to showcase work in portfolios, case studies, and marketing materials unless agreed otherwise in writing.

• Stock photography, fonts, or third-party assets used may be subject to their own licensing restrictions.

8. Limitations of Liability

• We do our best to deliver high-quality, timely designs, but cannot guarantee specific results (e.g., marketing performance or increased revenue).

• We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure events (illness, technical outages, etc.).

• Unlimited shall not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Service Limitations

• Work is limited to design services only; copywriting, complex coding, or development services are not included.

• Certain highly complex projects may be declined or referred elsewhere.

10. Termination of Service

• We reserve the right to terminate any subscription at our discretion (e.g., abusive behaviour, non-payment).

• In such cases, unused time will be refunded on a pro-rata basis, unless termination is due to breach of these terms by the client.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

We’ll always do our best to meet agreed timelines and deliver quality work, but please understand we are a lean, single-designer operation — which means occasional delays may occur. By subscribing, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
